Important Notes

Anyone who holds or uses a ticket is deemed to have read, understood and accepted all the terms of this notice. If you violate any of these instructions, the organizer of the ISU World Junior Figure Skating Championships® 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the “organizer”) has the right to refuse your admission or ask you to leave the venue without refund.


  • Events will be opened one hour before the competition starts. Please take the seat according to your seat number indicated on your ticket. After the competition starts, ticket holders who arrive late will not be able to take the reserved seat presented on the ticket.
  • This event abides by the ISU Constitution & Regulations and the Olympic Games Protocol. Please do not bring any flags which do not match to the registered flag of ISU members or any other political nature flag to the venue.
  • Please do not make noise or smoke in the venue. Please do not move around during the competitions. DO NOT stand on your chairs during the event. Any damage done by inappropriate behavior will be charged for compensation.
  • No food or beverage is allowed in the venue except for drinking water. Without permission, no photography, audio or video recording is allowed in the venue.
  • No Pets, alcoholic beverages, cans and glass bottles or other dangerous items are allowed to be brought into the venue. Other notices shall be handled in accordance with the regulations announced by the organizer or on the official website. For more information, please visit the official website of the Championships.
  • Please turn off your mobile phone or put it in silent mode during the game, and do not make calls in the venue.
  • Please do not make loud noises during the competition.
  • This event abides by the ISU Constitution & Regulations and is sponsored by the Official ISU sponsors and OC’s contributors/partners/suppliers. Other unapproved brand products or advertising materials or logos are not allowed to present in the venue.
  • If the event is cancelled or postponed for any reasons, all exchanges will be based on the refund and exchange policy announced on the KKTIK website. If the ticket is lost, damaged, or difficult to identify, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • The schedule of this event may be adjusted due to force majeure factors. The organizer reserves the right to delay, postpone, adjust or cancel the competition without prior notice.
  • If the ticket holder fails to comply with the above provisions of items, the organizer may prohibit the ticket holder from entering; if the ticket holder does not comply with the above regulations after entering, the organizer may have the public authorities forcibly eject the ticket holder from the venue.

Cheer signs, banners, flags

Spectators can bring small cheer signs, banners, posters, and flags to the venue to support the competitors.

  • Do not hang on sticks/poles
  • No larger size of 96*144cm
  • Do not block any sponsor or advertiser’s signage
  • Not to be hung, attached or displayed on any part of the building
  • No obscene/offensive words and/or pictures may be included or displayed. The organizer reserves the right to discretion.
  • Objects must not be constructed or displayed in a manner that blocks the view of other viewers or creates a danger to others.

Photography and filming policy

The following are not permitted:

  • No flash photography
  • No camera bags in venue
  • No use of professional cameras and/or detachable lenses
  • No camera shall produce a visual and/or audible interference of other fans’ enjoyment of the event.
  • Any resale of photography or posting photos on professional websites is strictly prohibited
  • Absolutely no video recording on any device such as a camcorder, digital camera, mobile telephone or any other device with video recording capabilities is allowed.

Spectators not abiding by these restrictions risk having their camera confiscated by venue security staff. Additionally, the organizer reserves the right to restrict use of other types of cameras should they feel the quality and/or type of camera fail to protect the athletes’ and/or event’s interests.
